Coaching Terms

These are the terms on which we provide the BioRevive Results Coach. By using it, you agree to them.
This is not medical advice
The Results Coach is a general wellbeing and training tool. It is not a medical device, and nobody involved in it is acting as your doctor, dietitian, pharmacist or therapist.
The coach cannot and will not:
- tell you whether a supplement is safe for you personally
- advise on medication, or on how anything might interact with it
- diagnose, assess or treat any symptom or condition
- give guidance during pregnancy or breastfeeding
If you ask about any of these, the coach will stop and point you to a qualified professional. That is deliberate, and it is not a fault.
If you feel unwell, stop and contact your GP or NHS 111. In an emergency, call 999. Do not wait for a reply in the app.
You must be 18 or over
The Results Coach is for adults. If we become aware that someone under 18 is using it, we will close their access and delete their data.
How access works
- Buying a qualifying BioRevive product gives you 30 days of free access.
- Your 30 days start when you activate, using the link we email you.
- When the 30 days end, access stops. Your plan and history are kept, but you cannot use the coach until you place another qualifying order.
- A new qualifying order unlocks a further 30 days.
We show your remaining days in the app throughout, so the end of your access should never come as a surprise.
The coach is provided free alongside your purchase. It is not itself a product you have bought, and it has no cash value. Your rights in relation to the physical products you buy are unaffected by these terms.
Your plan, and what it can and cannot promise
Your calorie and macro targets are calculated from the information you give us. If that information is wrong or out of date, your targets will be wrong too — please keep it current.
Results depend on many things outside our control, most of all what you actually do. We do not guarantee any particular outcome, including weight loss, muscle gain or any change in how you look or feel.
Using it sensibly
You agree not to:
- share your access with anyone else
- attempt to break, probe or interfere with the service
- try to get the coach to give medical advice, or to work around its safety limits
- use it for anything unlawful
We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken, or where we reasonably believe continuing would put someone at risk.
Availability
We aim to keep the coach running, but we cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change or withdraw features. If we withdraw the service entirely while you have active access, we will give you reasonable notice and let you export your data.
Our responsibility to you
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, or for any loss arising because you relied on the coach instead of seeking professional advice.
Your data
How we handle your information is set out in our Privacy Notice, which forms part of these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you, we will tell you in the app. Continuing to use the coach after that means you accept the updated terms.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may bring proceedings in your own courts.
